Congratulations

Congratulations to all our members who took part in Blackpool Beaver Brook 10k on Sunday 7th May and raised over £1000 for Trinity Hospice and Brian House children’s hospice.

Monday

17:30-18:00 Beginner Cycle Fit A 30 minute A cardiovascular workout conducted on a stationary bike in a studio environment. We include bursts of high interval training and resistances for maximum fitness benefits.
18:15-19.00 Bootcamp This is an exclusive class of variation. This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense exercise. This class is designed to be challenging but I’m sure you will all enjoy the results.

Tuesday

17:30-18:00 Power Blast New high intensity conditioning class to build, fitness, power and endurance
18:15-19:00 Abs Blast Focusing entirely on the abdominal and lower body this workout will improve your muscle definition and muscular strength.

Wednesday

17:30-18:30 Triple Smash New combination class with all 3 areas of training combined, Cardio, Strength and Core.
18:30-19:00 Abs Blast Focusing entirely on the abdominal and lower body this workout will improve your muscle definition and muscular strength.

Thursday

18:00-18:30 Box-Fit A high-intensity cardiovascular workout based on common and uncommon boxing combinations focusing on technique and endurance.

As the new edition to the Go Fitness team I’m always looking to increase my knowledge and experience of the fitness industry. I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and I always aim to motivate everyone to give their absolute best whether it’s in a one on one session, in a fitness class or just their own individual training on the gym floor.

I have been with Go Fitness just over 2 years after starting as a fitness instructor I have now worked my way up to general manager. I have level 3 personal training, level 4 GP Referral specialising in obesity and diabetes. NVQ Team Leader, NVQ level 3 Management. I try and make training fun and varied and have a passion in helping people achieve results they didn’t think they could.

I am level 2 qualified fitness instructor, fully qualified spin instructor and have a degree in sport and exercise science.
